Cancellation Policies

Voice Dialogue Level I and II Training Programs

1. Participants will receive a full refund if a workshop is canceled.
2. When a person cancels her/his registration prior to two weeks before the event, she/he receives a full refund minus a $35 processing fee.
3. When a person cancels her/his registration with less than two weeks’ notice, there is a 50% refund.
4. When a person cancels or does not show up the day of the workshop, there is no refund.
5. Once you begin the program, there is a charge for each session, whether you attend or not. (DVD’s, CD’s and readings are available to make up the work.)

Voice Dialogue Ethics Seminar

1. Participants will receive a full refund if a workshop is canceled.
2. When a person cancels her/his registration prior to one week before the event, she/he receives a full refund minus a $35 processing fee.
3. When a person cancels her/his registration with less than a weeks’ notice, there is a 50% refund.
4. When a person cancels or does not show up the day of the workshop, there is no refund.

Women Gathering Retreat

1. Participants will receive a full refund if a workshop is canceled.
2. When a person cancels her registration prior to four weeks before the event, she receives a full refund of the deposit minus a $35 processing fee.
3. When a person cancels her registration with less than two weeks’ notice,there is a 50% refund of the deposit.

All Ongoing Groups

1. Group Members will not be charged for ONE absence per year.
